A small auto service requested an office renovation on a tight budget. We carried out the following work: demolition, insulation of walls, floor and ceiling, sheathing with OSB panels and painting. The client needed a complex electrical installation for the reception area to be completed within a tight deadline.
Despite the dilapidated wiring in the old building and concurrent finishing works, the task was successfully accomplished. The project was delivered exactly on schedule — the reliable electrical system is now ready for operation.

Porch

Leningrad region.
A large company faced a recurring issue: the porcelain stoneware tiles on the main porch were detaching from the base.
The key requirement was to preserve the existing base without replacement. Our solution was to install new porcelain stoneware tiles not with adhesive, but using special mounting mechanisms. The result is a secure and aesthetic porch without the need to dismantle the underlying structure.

Terrace, aerated concrete house

Leningrad region.
The client decided to add a terrace made of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) with a transparent roof to the house.
We implemented the project: we created a bright, airy space that harmoniously complemented the main house. The terrace has become a cozy relaxation area, featuring a striking visual design and a robust structure.
